This marks that the entire experimental system hardware facilities, testing capabilities and management level of the National Innovation and Energy Experiment Center have been improved. It has reached international recognition standards and officially joined the ranks of nationally recognized international laboratories.

◆ Comprehensive testing capabilities

From the beginning of the preparation and construction of the experimental center, National Innovation Energy has put forward high standards, strict requirements, and standardized laboratory construction requirements. From the perspective of long-term sustainable development of the enterprise, it has systematically planned the laboratory group of the experimental center. The National Innovation Energy Experiment Center covers an area of 2,000 square meters and has 12 test area rooms, covering multi-dimensional testing and verification areas such as software, hardware, system, environment, and electrical.

Since its establishment, the experimental center has undertaken the design verification, component reliability testing and other software and hardware testing of all new energy vehicle BMS, BEMS, VBMS, BDU, PDU, power domain controller, smoke sensor, protection board, TCU and other projects of the company. . The testing items cover more than 100 comprehensive software and hardware testing capabilities, including -50-150 degree hot and cold shock test, -70-150 degree high and low temperature test, battery system charge and discharge test, mechanical load test, and PACK air tightness test. Testing types include new energy passenger cars, electric buses, mini-cars and smart energy storage projects.

The National Innovation Energy Experiment Center was officially awarded the national laboratory qualification and is allowed to use the "CNAS" accreditation mark. This indicates that the test reports issued by the National Innovation Energy Experiment Center are authoritative and internationally credible, and can be obtained by many countries that have signed mutual recognition agreements. and recognition by regional accreditation agencies, which has laid a solid foundation for the company to further develop the testing project market.
